Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology is seeking a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) for Business Development Automotive in Germany. You will design and position Vishay components for automotive customers, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing and R&D to define new products.

You will communicate in German and English, manage projects, and train teams while working remotely from Germany. A degree in electrical engineering and HW design experience are required, with strong customer-facing

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience with semiconductor and passive components.
• Hardware design experience and solid communication skills.
• Independent working style and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design IN und WIN of Vishay components for automotive customers.
• Identify sockets in applications and leverage Vishay portfolio to grow revenue.
• Define new products and derivatives with Marketing and R&D.
• Serve as internal technical interface between Sales, Marketing and R&D; manage projects and trainings.
