Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support health care providers in obtaining access to Regeneron products and to strengthen payer-related processes across the field organization. This remote role focuses on coordinating with district and alliance teams to drive optimal patient access and product utilization.

You will establish knowledge of payer criteria, support buy & bill workflows, and help implement a strategic plan for access across assigned accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in biopharma reimbursement or field access roles in a matrix environment.
• At least 2 years direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies (buy & bill preferred).
• Experience across specialty pharmacy distribution models including white bagging and site of care management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a payer SME to support Regeneron products access and reimbursement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Payer, Alliance, HUB, and Access teams to ensure efficient coverage and patient access.
• Provide payer and specialty pharmacy support to educate physician offices on coverage for alliance products.
• Build and maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes and criteria.
