Job summary

Regeneron in the United States is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support Health Care Practitioner offices in obtaining access to Regeneron products for patients. This role works across payer, sales, HUB, and alliance teams to optimize access and pull-through, reporting to the District Manager of Field Market Access.

The job requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of biopharma reimbursement or market access experience, with 2+ years supporting medical benefit therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of biopharma reimbursement or market access experience.
• Minimum 2 years direct reimbursement experience supporting medical benefit therapies.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site of care management.
• Ability to live in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support Healthcare Practitioner offices in obtaining access to Regeneron products for patients.
• Act as payer subject matter expert to educate offices on coverage and payer processes.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for Alliance products access and reimbursement.
• Coordinate with District Managers, Medical Specialists, and cross-functional teams to ensure coverage.
