Job summary

Triad Associates Inc., a division of Concordia Group, seeks an experienced Project Director - Fiber Construction. The role is fully remote with 80% travel across fiber sites nationwide, focusing on development, estimation, subcontractor sourcing, and field operations.

You will lead RFP responses, assemble scopes and pricing, mobilize crews, and oversee multi-site projects to ensure safety, schedule, and profitability. Strong fiber construction knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in telecommunications or related infrastructure.
Experience responding to RFPs and developing proposals.
Established relationships with fiber construction crews.
Experience with major telecom carriers and utilities.
Ability to read construction plans and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

Review RFPs, bid packages, scopes, drawings and specs.
Develop estimates, pricing, and resource plans with leadership.
Identify crews, negotiate pricing, and mobilize crews.
Manage projects from mobilization to completion, ensuring safety, timeline and profitability.
Coordinate with safety, quality, engineering, and admin teams to resolve issues.
