Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in management consulting or FEMA PA program support.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, or business administration).
• Experience with financial analysis and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support local governments and private non-profits recovering from natural disasters through FEMA PA program.
• Assist with collecting documentation for damage reports, financial information, and maintenance records.
• Ensure costs are eligible for funding based on FEMA PA policies and rules.
• Collaborate with clients to create FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs).
• Contribute to other recovery efforts as assigned.
