Hagerty Consulting Inc seeks a FEMA Comprehensive Disaster Recovery Project Manager to provide advisory services to recovery clients and lead a large team. Remote-based work and client travel may be required.

Ideal candidates have hands-on FEMA PA experience, strong policy-writing and stakeholder communication skills, and a track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience with FEMA PA Program (Permanent Work C-G) and local government disaster recovery.
• Minimum 4 years in FEMA PA Program.
• Experience managing complex, dynamic projects.
• Strong written communication for policy-level recommendations.
• Strong verbal communication with high-level stakeholders.
• Experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as disaster recovery expert for local governments and lead a large team.
• Leverage FEMA PA Program knowledge to address complex post-disaster needs.
• Be FEMA PA Program subject matter expert and answer policy questions promptly.
• Oversee a multi-disciplinary recovery team and manage staffing and methodologies.
• Maintain project management best practices and ensure high-quality deliverables.
