Requirements include 2+ years in management consulting or FEMA PA, a related bachelor's degree, financial analysis, and strong Excel/use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in management consulting or FEMA PA program support.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, political science, public policy, emergency management or related field.
• Experience with financial analysis and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support local governments and non-profits via FEMA PA program funding processes.
• Assist with documentation collection for damage reports and costs.
• Ensure costs meet FEMA PA program policy and compliance rules.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs).
• Contribute to other recovery efforts beyond FEMA PA as needed.
