Job summary

Hagerty Consulting, Inc. is seeking a FEMA PA Program Delivery Manager to support local governments and private non-profits in disaster recovery, including documenting costs and ensuring eligibility for FEMA PA funds. Remote options and deployments may be required.

Qualifications include a minimum of two years in management consulting or FEMA PA support, a related bachelor's degree, strong financial analysis, advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in management consulting or directly supporting the FEMA PA Program.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., economics, political science, public policy, emergency management, business administration).
• Previous experience with financial analysis and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support local governments and private non-profits recovering from natural disasters through federal funding programs, namely the FEMA PA program.
• Support the administrative process of the recovery program through collection of documentation covering damage reports, financial information, facility maintenance records, and other relevant data.
• Assist clients with ensuring their costs are eligible for funding based on FEMA PA program policy, process, and compliance rules.
• Partner with clients to contribute to project formulation efforts, namely creating FEMA PA Project Worksheets (PWs).
• Contribute to other recovery efforts outside of the FEMA PA program as assigned.
