Job summary

World Courier Inc. is looking for a Software Support specialist to assist in the implementation of MICRO Technology systems for clients in the agricultural and veterinary fields.

This role requires an Associate's degree and a background in feedlot management or related areas. Responsibilities include client training, system configuration, and troubleshooting, with 50% travel expected within the United States.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2 years of college experience in related fields.
• Two to three years of experience working in a feed yard.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Configure the MICRO Technology system for clients.
• Train clients on system usage and compliance with FDA guidelines.
• Conduct quality assurance and data checks for historical data.

Skills

Working knowledge of PCs

Knowledge of cattle and agricultural processes
