Job summary

Cencora is seeking a candidate to support its distribution services in the US, with a focus on configuring MICRO Technology systems and coordinating software/hardware installation for clients.

The role requires a diploma and 2–3 years of experience in a feed yard setting, plus travel up to 50%. You’ll train clients on inventory management and ensure compliance with FDA guidelines, while collaborating with the Field Hardware IT team for installations.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of PCs, operating systems, databases, software engines, and other related software.
• Need to have general knowledge of cattle and agricultural processes.
• Position requires valid driver’s license and frequent travel in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Use system analysis processes to understand the customers procedures and business to configure the MICRO Technology system.
• Communicate requirements between the system, the animal’s health and the clients and their veterinarian.
• Coordinate schedules and complete work orders for installation preparation, including hardware specs and handoff to Field Hardware IT team.
• Responsible for system configuration, data loading, quality assurance and testing of historical data and training for clients on the system.
• Train clients on product inventory management and FDA guidelines for compliance.
• Install specified software packages onto client computers.
