Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations seeks a remote MID Fee for Service Facilitator to lead psychoeducation groups for the Massachusetts Impaired Driving program in New Bedford, MA. The role requires facilitating up to two groups weekly (evenings) and completing two intakes (90 minutes each) while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong client engagement.

Flexibility and superb communication are essential as the facilitator will coordinate with MID Administrative Assistants and Program Support

Qualifications

• Master's or equivalent in a related field with supervised counseling experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines plus 2+ years of supervised counseling.
• Certification/licensure with substantial supervised clinical hours acceptable for credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of residents and facility.
• Contact Program Manager/Authorities promptly in crisis.
• Collaborate with Program Support Staff.
• Facilitate MID groups using the assigned curriculum.
• Complete intakes as needed with clients.
• Prepare Progress Reports for Probation Department.
• Document Group Notes in EHR after each group.
• Record attendance accurately for meetings and groups.
• Attend supervision, staff meetings, and trainings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
