Job summary

UberEther is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive FedRAMP 20x alignment across CI/CD and cloud operations on Google Cloud Platform. You will craft automation roadmaps, implement policy-driven gates, and author SOPs to maintain continuous compliance post-authorization.

The role emphasizes DevSecOps leadership, infrastructure as code, and collaboration with Compliance and Platform teams to deliver secure, auditable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 8+ years in DevOps/site reliability or platform automation.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience embedding security/compliance controls into deployment pipelines.
• Experience with FedRAMP, DoD, or federal frameworks in operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps strategy to implement FedRAMP 20x KSIs into CI/CD and operations.
• Define automation roadmaps to operationalize KSIs across the GCP deployment stack.
• Design pipeline gates, policy checks, and monitoring instrumentation.
• Develop and maintain IaC (Terraform, Deployment Manager) encoding KSI controls.
• Create SOPs for deployment, monitoring, incident response, and evidence pipelines.
• Support 3PAO assessments and FedRAMP 20x reviews with audit-ready evidence.
