Job summary

UberEther is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead FedRAMP 20x compliance within CI/CD on Google Cloud Platform. You will author SOPs, design automated evidence pipelines, and drive DevSecOps across the Advantage deployments.

The role focuses on building pipelines, implementing KSI controls, and mentoring teams in secure, compliant DevOps practices for government and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform automation experience.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience implementing FedRAMP, DoD, or federal compliance controls into deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal DevOps authority for FedRAMP 20x KSIs within CI/CD and ops model.
• Define automation roadmap to operationalize KSIs across the FedRAMP KSI families in the Advantage DevOps toolchain.
• Lead design sessions with engineering to enforce KSIs in the deployment pipeline.
• Drive pipeline security gating and continuous monitoring instrumentation.
• Author SOPs and runbooks for ongoing compliance post-authorization.
• Mentor engineers on DevSecOps, GCP automation, and FedRAMP continuous monitoring.
