Job summary

Orca Security is seeking a Senior DevOps Lead for FedRAMP to own and evolve the federal environment. You will write infrastructure code, manage authorization artifacts, and lead a path to OSCAL while maintaining hands-on engineering with a growing US-based team.

You will collaborate with federal agencies, prime contractors, and Orca’s R&D teams in Tel Aviv to deliver secure, automated cloud-native solutions and maintain strong incident response and continuous configuration validation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience writing infrastructure code and operating production systems.
• Experience inside a FedRAMP authorized system and knowledge of authorization boundaries.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security controls.
• Ability to communicate complex security/engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Orca’s federal environment across AWS GovCloud, AWS East/West, Azure Gov, Azure, and GCP.
• Own the FedRAMP program artifacts, monitoring, and OSCAL transition.
• Represent Orca to federal customers and coordinate with agency security teams and 3PAOs.
