Job summary

Precisely is seeking a Program Manager to lead FedRAMP certification and compliance for its cloud and SaaS offerings. You will coordinate with product, security, cloud, and engineering teams to develop and execute certification plans, maintaining compliance across initiatives.

Experience with federal standards such as FedRAMP and NIST CSF, and PM certifications, is required. The role emphasizes AI-enabled tooling, stakeholder communication, and strong written/verbal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Security, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience focused on Cloud and SaaS certification, compliance, and security.
• Experience with cloud security standards and federal regulatory requirements (FedRAMP, NIST CSF, SP 800-53, SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS).
• PM certifications such as PMP, ACP, PgMP, CSM, or CSP.
• Proven track record leading FedRAMP authorization from planning through continuous monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain certification and compliance plans for Precisely's cloud and SaaS offerings.
• Collaborate with product management, security, cloud, and engineering teams on scoping, critical path analysis, resourcing, estimates, risks, and quality.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate processes, deliverables, and actions.
• Develop, track, and report on project deliverables and milestones aligned to business goals.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure solutions meet all security standards and federal requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to address certification and compliance needs.
