Job summary

Figma is seeking a Federal Compliance Manager to drive FedRAMP controls across legal, product, and engineering teams. You will document security requirements, support audit readiness, and coordinate action plans with stakeholders.

This is a full-time role based at a US hub or fully remote in the United States, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to influence federal compliance for a SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT auditing and/or compliance experience.
• Direct experience working with FedRAMP Framework.
• Experience leading a Cloud Service Provider through a FedRAMP ATO process.
• SaaS-based audit and compliance experience.
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal, product engineering, and security teams to document control requirements.
• Support analysis and remediation of security controls, audits, and POAM reporting.
• Lead cross‑department initiatives to strengthen security posture.
• Develop automated evidence collection and control validation capabilities.
• Maintain and update security documentation like SSP and related architectures.
