Significance, Inc. is seeking a Federal Travel Subject Matter Expert / Project Manager to lead the delivery of travel support services for ASPR.

This role is primarily remote with occasional travel to the DMV area and requires deep knowledge of FTR, per diem policies, and ETS2/ConcurGov operations. The incumbent will manage staffing, deliverables, reporting, and client communications under the ASPR TSS SOW, support after-hours surge operations, and ensure audit-ready documentation across complex

Qualifications

• End-to-end federal travel program experience.
• Interpret FTR and apply to non-routine travel.
• Proficient in ETS2/ConcurGov workflows.
• Review expenses for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead federal task order scope, schedule, and staffing.
• Support after-hours and surge operations.

Responsibilities

• Own ASPR TSS task order execution.
• Provide weekly status and monthly workload reports.
• Act as operational point of contact for ASPR COR.
• Schedule staff for 8:00 AM–10:00 PM coverage.
• Manage travel coordination and air/lodging/ground through TMC.
