Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking a Federal Travel Subject Matter Expert / Project Manager to lead delivery of travel support services to HHS ASPR.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the DMV, and requires deep knowledge of FTR, travel policies, and ERP systems. You will manage staffing, deliverables, and reporting under the ASPR TSS SOW, coordinate with the ASPR COR, and oversee 24/7 emergency travel operations, ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service for

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering a federal travel program end to end.
Ability to interpret the FTR and apply guidance to non-routine travel.
Proficiency in ETS2/ConcurGov and document lifecycle management.
Ability to review expenses for accuracy and compliance.
PM leadership: manage scope, schedule, deliverables, risk, and quality.
Ability to produce management and audit reports.
Knowledge of TMC operations and IBA/CBA usage.
Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion with high-profile travel.
Willingness to support after-hours and surge operations.
DC/MD/VA residency and eligibility for background checks.

Responsibilities

Own execution of the ASPR TSS task order: scope, schedule, staffing, quality, and deliverables.
Deliver weekly status reports and monthly workload analysis.
Serve as primary operational contact to the ASPR COR and leadership.
Schedule travel staff and manage 24/7 emergency support.
Review staffing against SOW and manage phase-in/phase-out.
Coordinate air, lodging, and ground transportation via TMC.
Populate RMS and produce TDY status and budget reports.
Lead GO.gov transition planning and user support.
Provide onboarding and training materials.
