Job summary

Significance, Inc. seeks a Federal Travel Subject Matter Expert / Project Manager to lead travel support services for HHS ASPR. This remote role requires occasional DMV travel and on-site reporting in Washington, DC as directed. You will manage staffing, compliance, and reporting across complex travel programs.

Responsibilities include end-to-end travel processing, policy guidance, and coordination with the Travel Management Center, ensuring 24/7 readiness and disaster response support as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering a federal travel program from end-to-end (authorizations, reservations, vouchers, approvals, reporting).
• Ability to interpret the FTR and agency supplements and apply them to non-routine travel scenarios.
• Proficiency in ETS2/ConcurGov or comparable systems, including lifecycle management and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the ASPR TSS task order: scope, schedule, staffing coverage, quality, and deliverable compliance.
• Deliver weekly status reports and meetings, and monthly reporting by support category with workload trends and turnaround times.
• Serve as primary operational point of contact to the ASPR COR and Travel Services leadership; lead routine operational and service-improvement check-ins.
• Supervise and schedule travel coordination staff to sustain coverage 8:00 AM–10:00 PM, 7 days a week; activate surge personnel for 24/7 emergency support.
• Review staffing levels against SOW; notify ASPR in writing when short; manage phase-in/phase-out, quality control, and protection of sensitive data.
