Job summary

Significance, Inc. seeks a Federal Travel Subject Matter Expert / Project Manager to lead ASPR TSS travel support for a major federal program. This is primarily remote with occasional DMV travel.

The role combines travel policy leadership with project management accountability for staffing, deliverables, reporting, and client communication, amid mission-critical deployments. The incumbent will drive compliance with FTR, manage complex authorizations and vouchers, and support a GO.gov transition

Qualifications

• Experience administering a federal travel program end to end.
• Ability to interpret the FTR and apply it to travel scenarios.
• Proficiency in ETS2/ConcurGov or similar systems.
• Ability to review expenses for accuracy, allowability and compliance.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, deliverables and people on a federal task order.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and executive communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the ASPR TSS task order: scope, schedule, staffing, quality, and deliverables.
• Deliver weekly status reports and monthly workload trend reporting.
• Serve as primary operational contact to ASPR COR and Travel Services leadership.
• Supervise staff to sustain coverage and activate surge for 24/7 emergencies.
• Review staffing against SOW; manage phase-in/phase-out and quality control.
• Create and maintain authorizations and vouchers in ETS2 and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate air, lodging, and ground transportation through the TMC.
• Manage ASPR travel inbox and traveler profiles; conduct readiness reviews.
• Produce TDY status, authorization, voucher, and budget reports.
• Lead ETS2-to-GO.gov transition activities; provide onboarding and training.
