Job summary

Significance, Inc. seeks a Federal Travel Subject Matter Expert / Project Manager to lead the ASPR TSS travel services.

This largely remote role requires coordinating staff across time zones, ensuring compliance with FTR and travel policies, and delivering dashboards and briefings for leadership. You will manage authorizations and vouchers in ETS2, align with budgetary controls, and support 24/7 surge operations during events.

Qualifications

• H hands-on experience administering a federal travel program end to end—authorizations, reservations, vouchers, approval workflows, reimbursement, and reporting.
• Ability to interpret the FTR and agency supplements and apply them independently to non-routine travel situations.
• Experience with ETS2/ConcurGov or comparable federal systems and document lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to review expenses for accuracy, allowability, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the ASPR TSS task order: scope, schedule, staffing, quality, and deliverable compliance.
• Deliver weekly status updates and monthly workload trend reports with improvement recommendations.
• Serve as primary operational point of contact to ASPR COR and leadership; lead delivery check-ins.
• Supervise and schedule travel coordination staff across extended hours and surge events.
• Review staffing against SOW; manage phase-in/phase-out, quality control, and audits.
• Coordinate air, lodging, and ground transport through TMC; manage profiles and cost comparisons.
• Populate RMS and produce TDY status, authorization, voucher, and budget reports.
