Job summary

Native American Industrial Solutions LLC (NAIS) is hiring a Strategy & Performance Manager to serve as Program Manager for a federal business analysis services program. You will own delivery across four service lines, lead analysts, and act as the single Government contact.

The role emphasizes analysis and advisory work, translating findings into actionable insight for senior leadership, with a focus on faster, better-supported decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field.
• PMI-PMP certification, current and in good standing.
• Minimum seven years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum seven years of experience supporting operations and planning.
• Experience developing KPIs and executive dashboards; strong written reporting.
• Ability to develop policies, governance frameworks, and performance initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and SQL.
• Strong technical writing, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• U.S. person capable of obtaining DHS fitness determination and clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery across four service lines and own delivery across the contract.
• Serve as single Government point of contact and manage reviews/reports.
• Build performance picture with KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Drive strategy, governance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage a distributed team of analysts and technical staff.
• Coordinate with HQ and regional offices to align priorities and intake.
• Produce and quality-review strategic plans, SOPs, and briefing materials.
