Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to lead capture and proposal efforts for federal health and DoD customers, including VA and other agencies.

You will translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for sales, proposals, and executives, guiding staffing, costs, and solution articulation. You will analyze RFPs, engage with customers, shape requirements, and coordinate with Capture, Program, and Pricing teams to iteratively develop technically sound

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Federal IT and/or health-focused federal agencies such as VHA, DHA, MHS, IHS, CMS, and NIH.
• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in federal government legacy systems.
• Experience and domain expertise in one or more of the following areas - Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software or Enterprise IT.
• Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the technical, management and transition story and artifacts needed to best sell the solution through our proposal.
• Manage delivery of the Technical, Management and Transition Volumes through all color review stages (including recovery).
• Identify essential personnel/roles needed to meet solicitation requirements and differentiate.
• Translate solutions into effective business proposals and assess gaps quickly.
• Collaborate with pricing and stakeholders to align with win strategy and PTW.
• Develop BOEs/LOEs in coordination with Pricing Lead.
