Job summary

TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is seeking a Solution Lead to guide engineering teams from planning to production in a VA DevSecOps environment. The role emphasizes secure release practices, architecture roadmaps, and modernizing health-tech integrations.

The candidate will drive SAFe events, oversee EHR integrations (VistA/MVI/iFAMS/Oracle Health EHR), and influence AI/ML and emerging technologies while aligning with federal standards.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience, including 8+ years in software engineering (Senior / Level III).
• 3+ years as a federal technical or solution lead.
• Experience delivering under a federal DevSecOps release framework with CI/CD and release gates.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams from sprint planning through production deployment under the VA DevSecOps Release Framework.
• Enforce release gates, code scanning and deployment packages.
• Lead integrations with VistA, MVI, iFAMS and Oracle Health EHR.
• Build solution roadmaps and advise VA on modernization, AI/ML and emerging technology.
• Run SAFe events across teams and report solution status in VA tools.
