Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. and Splunk Federal Civilian seek a Director, Sales – Splunk Federal Civilian to lead second-line sales leaders and enterprise account teams across U.S. Federal Civilian agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading quota-carrying enterprise software sales teams in the U.S. Federal market.
• 3+ years as a second-line sales leader (managing first-line managers).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales quotas in Federal sector.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage first-line sales leaders and quota-carrying teams for Federal Civilian.
• Deliver multi-million dollar annual software license, SaaS, and recurring revenue targets.
• Establish GTM strategies, account segmentation, and territory models for Federal agencies.
• Engage agency CIOs/CISOs, SES leaders, and channel partners; forecast revenue precisely.
• Collaborate with Marketing, GSIs, VARs, Capture/BD, and Customer Success teams.
