Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Director of Sales (Federal) to lead North America State & Local accounts from a remote location in the USA. You will direct a regional sales team, set strategic plans, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer success.

The ideal candidate will have proven enterprise/SaaS sales leadership, experience with C-level executives, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing Account Executives.
• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in enterprise or SaaS environments, with a portion focused on state & local accounts preferred.
• Experience focused on State & Local accounts.
• Experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on premises, or hybrid solutions.
• Extensive customer service experience in assessing and evaluating customer needs and satisfaction, and meeting specified standards with respect to products and services.
• Exceptional oral and written comprehension, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience demonstrating, promoting, and selling products/services.

Responsibilities

• Set the plan for the account territory.
• Hire and develop Account Managers.
• Forecast and track sales of accounts; timely forecasts.
• Develop and adhere to business plans to achieve the vision.
• Guide team to develop comprehensive proposals in response to client RFQ/RFPs.
• Be a leader of product and industry knowledge to ensure customer success.
• Travel regularly up to 50%.
