Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services seeks a highly experienced Lead Property Accountant to advise on planning, development, site location, and construction management for Shore Infrastructure projects. This role requires CPA and related certifications, with a focus on federal real property and program integrity.

The position involves collaboration with contractors, lessors, and government stakeholders, and offers telework/remote options along with robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Federal Real Property experience, including financial management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and operational support for PC&I and CSO projects, including cost estimating and reporting.
• Offer Civil Engineering expertise on CSO funds and backlog projects.
• Support organizational responses to Government requests and lease management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Federal policies and program integrity.
