You will manage the complete proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliance and quality submissions. Ideal candidates should have 5-15 years in federal proposal management and a proven history of leading $1M+ proposals.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years in federal proposal management, technical writing, or capture support.
• Documented track record managing $1M+ federal proposals through full lifecycle.
• Fluent in FAR/DFARS, RFP structure, and compliance matrix methodology.

Responsibilities

• Full proposal lifecycle: kickoff, compliance matrix, schedule, color-team reviews.
• Technical writing and editing across various components of proposals.
• Coordination with the Federal Capture Director on win themes and strategy.
