Job summary

Tria Federal seeks an IMS Project Scheduler to support a Federal client’s Electronic Health Modernization needs. The role involves hands-on scheduling for healthcare interfaces with Oracle Health EHR, and ensures DCMA-compliant schedules across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with EHR implementations, be comfortable coordinating with 30–40 POCs, and possess strong communication skills. This is a remote position with federal contract responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience.
Experience with Jira and Microsoft Project.
Familiar with SDLC methodologies.
Efficient with written and oral communication.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day mechanics of technical schedule development and maintenance.
Ensure schedules are compliant with DCMA 14-point assessment and GAO guiding schedule principles.
Build out new DCMA-compliant schedules for new task orders and modifications.
Develop and write client-facing schedule reports.
Create regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership.
Identify, elevate, and monitor schedule-related risks/issues to appropriate POCs.
Present schedule-related briefings on leadership calls (internal and external).
Work with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and government partners to regularly maintain schedules.
Regularly work with approx. 30-40 different POCs to maintain schedule data.
Work as both an individual scheduler and with the scheduling team to share data and improve processes.
