Bodwé Group seeks two Project Managers to support the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) within Indian Affairs, BIA, BIE, and BTFA. You will strengthen financial stewardship, streamline operations, and drive enterprise coordination for 575 Tribes and nearly 1.9 million people.

Role spans strategy, operations, and innovation, focusing on modernization, data integrity, audits, and AI-enabled initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance across OCFO divisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong data analytics, dashboard development, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of federal process improvement and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑division priorities and ensure aligned execution.
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership decision‑making.
• Support audit readiness and modernization efforts across OCFO.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI use cases in workflows.
• Ensure data integrity and standardized processes across divisions.
• Engage with contracting officers, financial specialists, and admins.
