Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a rapidly growing data analytics and business intelligence platform focused on delivering data solutions for federal customers.

The role involves coordinating Scrum events, status reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and risk management across multiple teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years IT project management experience, PMP certification, and a proven ability to lead with clarity and excellence in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with federal clients (DHS preferred) and public trust readiness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, review, and distribute weekly status reports.
• Maintain Scrum of Scrums templates, links, reminders, and updates.
• Conduct and support scrum activities, including sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Submit monthly resource allocation deliverables by required deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support monthly risk reviews and agenda preparation.
