Qualifications

• Active PCC or MCC credential required if coaching services are provided.
• Five years of experience working in or supporting the Federal Government.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for DOT.
• Coordinate scheduling and administrative activities supporting program implementation.
• Lead the initial kickoff meeting with DOT.
• Review program objectives, expectations, deliverables, and implementation requirements.
• Develop and maintain the program implementation approach.
• Establish and manage timelines, processes, communication strategies, and service-delivery activities.
• Maintain communication with the DOT Program Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative.
• Resolve challenges and issues related to quality of services.
• Support participant intake and coach matching.
• Coordinate scheduling and participant communications.
• Support coaching agreements, communications, marketing, data collection, and reporting.
• Track program activities, assignments, engagement status, and performance.
• Support concurrent requirements across DOT Operating Administrations.
