Job summary

Taurean Corp seeks an experienced IT professional to support enterprise IT services within a highly regulated Federal environment. You will administer Windows desktop/server estates, manage AD, and ensure secure configurations while supporting Exchange/365 and IT service delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, high-quality documentation, and adherence to government security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of Information Technology experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently interact with teammates, managers, stakeholders, and end users.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced regulated environment.
• Experience training users and/or teaching software applications preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise help desk operations and user support activities.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure systems.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support enterprise hardware and software.
• Support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Perform operating system deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Provide Tier II and Tier III technical support.
• Utilize ServiceNow to document, track, and resolve tickets.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
• Support customer service objectives and service delivery goals.
