We seek an experienced technical and proposal writer to develop compliant, persuasive responses for IT and cybersecurity opportunities, including NIST, RMF, and Zero Trust proposals. Responsibilities include leading and contributing to federal IT and cyber proposals, translating SME input into narratives, and creating reusable content while coordinating with leadership for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal writing experience for federal IT/cybersecurity contracts.
• Ability to translate SME input into compliant, benefit-focused narratives.
• Experience with RMF, NIST, Zero Trust frameworks and related compliance.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with multiple concurrent efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, English or communications, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to the writing of technical and management volumes for federal IT and cybersecurity proposals.
• Develop proposal technical content for commercial IT and cyber opportunities, adapting tone for private-sector buyers.
• Translate SME input into compliant, benefit-focused narratives addressing customer requirements.
• Build and maintain proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and reusable content.
• Coordinate with Leadership to capture pricing staff inputs to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality submissions.
• Support team reviews and incorporate feedback quickly.
