Digital Management Llc is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to support development, enhancements, and maintenance of web applications for a federal agency. You will design and implement features across front-end (ReactJS) and back-end (Python/FastAPI) layers, build RESTful APIs, and ensure accessibility and security requirements are met.

The role requires 3+ years of full‑stack experience, familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD tooling. Citizenship in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud-hosted apps.
• 3+ years of full-stack development in a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling (Terraform, GitHub Actions).
• Experience in a federal or regulated environment and with Section 508 accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy features across frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Python/FastAPI).
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with validation and OpenAPI documentation.
• Develop accessible front-end interfaces following Section 508 rules.
• Manage data models, queries, migrations, and stored procedures in PostgreSQL.
• Operate in trunk-based development with small commits and feature flags.
