Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and backend services within the Congressional Budget Office's technology portfolio. The role emphasizes Python/FastAPI backend, ReactJS frontend, PostgreSQL databases, and Docker deployments on AWS.

The candidate will work in a trunk-based development environment, delivering secure, scalable software and collaborating with engineers, product owners, and analysts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional full stack software development experience.
• Proficiency with Python, FastAPI, ReactJS, PostgreSQL and Docker.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting applications on AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD and trunk-based development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy features across ReactJS front-end and Python/FastAPI back-end.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with validation, error handling, versioning, and OpenAPI documentation.
• Develop responsive, accessible UI complying with UX standards and Section 508.
• Manage PostgreSQL data models, queries, migrations, and stored procedures.
• Contribute to code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Package applications with Docker and support containerized deployments to AWS.
