Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Based in St. Petersburg, FL with travel to the DC area and other locations as needed.
• Over eight years of experience as a program manager leading cybersecurity software development programs.
• Experience interfacing with government customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop program execution roadmaps and growth opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and directing program teams.
• Pursue and develop on-program growth, including business development and proposal management.
• Establish and implement program plans; drive execution and missions deliveries.
• Control requirements, schedule, and cost to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.
• Lead proposal efforts; coordinate color team reviews and cost/technical volumes.
• Develop program execution roadmaps with engineering teams; grow customer engagement.
