Job summary

MBL Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead and oversee complex cybersecurity, cloud security, and information assurance initiatives supporting a large federal government client.

This individual will provide program leadership, technical oversight, and strategic direction across cybersecurity architecture, engineering, cloud security, and system authorization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• IAT III/IAM III/IASAE III certifications preferred.
• Extensive experience with federal A&A and Authorization to Operate.
• Strong knowledge of RMF and FedRAMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of federal cybersecurity programs.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership across security domains.
• Translate mission and security requirements into actionable objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across IT, cloud, and security engineering.
• Ensure compliance with RMF, FedRAMP, and federal policies.
• Produce executive-level reporting and risk assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve security posture and operational effectiveness.
