Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Program Manager to lead a large, complex federal cybersecurity program. You will coordinate enterprise security operations, governance, risk management, compliance, authorization, continuous monitoring, and cyber engineering activities.

Qualifications

• Active and maintain an active SECRET clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• MINIMUM of 10 years of progressive cybersecurity leadership experience.
• MINIMUM of 5 years of experience managing large federal cybersecurity contracts or programs.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAM certification preferred (IAM Level III) or CSSP Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client-facing lead and trusted advisor for the cybersecurity program with government stakeholders.
• Act as the contractor's authorized representative for programmatic, operational, technical, staffing, and contractual matters.
• Provide leadership, direction, and management of program personnel, subcontractors, and resources.
• Develop and enforce work standards, procedures, quality control, and performance metrics across contract activities.
• Plan staffing, workforce utilization, and resource allocation to ensure contract execution.
• Organize and oversee multiple cybersecurity initiatives ensuring schedule, scope, quality, and budget compliance.
• Oversee program financial management, including labor forecasting and budget monitoring.
• Lead governance activities including executive briefings, risk management, and strategic planning with government leadership.
• Review and ensure quality of all program deliverables and reports prior to client submission.
• Coordinate enterprise cybersecurity planning, authorization, risk management, continuous monitoring, and incident response.
• Ensure alignment with RMF, FISMA, NIST, OMB, CISA, Zero Trust, and agency requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams across governance, risk management, authorization, continuous monitoring, and engineering.
• Maintain communication channels with government stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop integrated project schedules, performance metrics, and roadmaps for delivery excellence.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Support growth through thought leadership, proposals, recruiting, and business development.
