Job summary

ICF Incorporated, LLC is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support federal clients from a fully remote US-based position. You will integrate security into CI/CD workflows, manage cloud infrastructure, and collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to meet federal standards.

Responsibilities include building and monitoring CI/CD pipelines, implementing automated tests and quality gates, and ensuring security controls across AWS/Azure GovCloud environments.

Qualifications

• Active federal clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud, systems, or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (GitLab/Jenkins).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure; GovCloud preferred).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Manage deployments for Appian-based applications from development to production.
• Implement automated quality gates and code analysis.
• Integrate SAST/DAST and dependency scanning into pipelines.
• Support AWS/Azure GovCloud infrastructure and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Monitor and troubleshoot using Splunk and other observability tools.
• Assist with backup, RTO/RPO objectives.
• Document configurations and security controls for audits.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Apply NIST 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP frameworks.
