Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial analysis and budgeting, preferably in the federal sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and Power BI proficiency; experience extracting data from government systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive budget analysis and forecasting to monitor financial performance.
• Prepare and maintain budget reports, assessments, and financial statements.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop financial plans for projects.
• Identify areas for financial improvement and propose budget-management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and accounting standards.
• Plan for Budget and Contracts Office alignment with organizational goals.
• adjudicate budget change requests.
