Job summary

Mattermost is seeking an experienced Federal Account Manager for a remote, nationwide US role. You will manage expansions and renewals within federal accounts, partnering with AEs on larger opportunities to drive growth of Mattermost’s SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in sales or account management.
• Experience renewing and expanding enterprise SaaS deals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Lead expansions within existing federal accounts.
• Own renewals and mitigate risk while identifying expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with AEs and FSIs in federal sales cycles.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
