Mattermost is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to guide U.S. Federal and enterprise customers through secure deployment and operation of the Mattermost platform.

You will lead onboarding, architecture design, and production deployments across cloud, on-prem, hybrid, and air-gapped environments while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, DoD STIG, and SOC 2. You will act as the primary technical contact, translating complex concepts to executive audiences and collaborating with

Qualifications

• Proven senior TAM or equivalent technical customer-facing role.
• Strong Linux, networking, cloud, containers, and DevSecOps knowledge.
• Experience with large enterprise or government customers and secure delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead secure onboarding and production deployments for federal and enterprise customers.
• Design secure, scalable Mattermost architectures across cloud, on-prem, hybrid, and air-gapped environments.
• Ensure alignment with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD STIG, and SOC 2 requirements.
• Advocate for customers with Product, Engineering and Support teams.
• Create reusable deployment assets and document deployment processes.
