Job summary

Spreetail is seeking an FBA Analyst to own and optimize the Fulfillment by Amazon program. You will manage replenishment, shipments, product onboarding, and Merchant VINE launches while building scalable processes.

You will report on performance and collaborate with Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, becoming the SME for FBA questions across the company. The role emphasizes developing repeatable workflows, improving efficiency, and staying current on Amazon FBA program changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, supply chain, or business analytics; direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA is a strong plus.
• Experience with business workflow and process management tools such as Process Street.
• Experience with Excel and building SQL queries; Power BI and Tableau are nice-to-haves.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• FBA Replenishment and Shipment Management: Build, send, and monitor inbound FBA shipments and replenishment plans to keep in-stock rates high and storage and fulfillment costs low.
• Product Onboarding: Onboard new products onto FBA, ensuring listings, dimensions, prep requirements, and eligibility are accurate.
• Merchant VINE Support: Support Merchant VINE requests to launch new products, including enrollment, unit allocation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Price Monitoring and Adjustment: Monitor FBA pricing against competitive, margin, and Buy Box signals, and make timely adjustments.
• Performance Reporting and Insights: Build and maintain reporting on FBA program performance (e.g., Sales, Margin in-stock %, sell-through, inventory aging, storage).
• Process and Workflow Development: Lead the design and rollout of repeatable processes and business workflows that standardize FBA operations, reduce errors, and automate manual steps.
• Program Subject Matter Expert: Act as the primary SME for FBA questions from across the company, including policy, fees, inbound requirements, and troubleshooting.
