Job summary

Amazon's Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) Voice of Seller team seeks a Senior Program Manager with a technical skill set and a proven ability to influence across multiple organizations. This role will work with World Wide FBA Sellers to understand their supply chain and reduce end-to-end costs, shaping product vision and roadmap globally.

You will report on business metrics and collaborate with product, finance, engineering, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of working with external suppliers.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with FBA Sellers directly and understand their pain points and their supply chain.
• Help resolve seller pain points through product solutions and reduce end-to-end costs for sellers.
• Be the voice of the seller to drive strategic product vision and roadmap to improve seller experience and satisfaction with the FBA program.
• Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners.
• Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of your initiatives.
• Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns; set up mechanisms to audit and course-correct to meet objectives.
• Partner with other program/product managers, Seller facing teams, operations associates and tech leads to deliver on your roadmap.
