Job summary

Amazon (WW FBA)is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A analytics for 3rd party sellers, including close processes, planning cycles, and long-range financial strategies. You will partner with FBA leadership, fee strategy, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights and drive cost-efficiency across the seller ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
• 6+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience.
• 6+ years of applying KPIs to analyses experience.
• 6+ years of building financial/operational reports that inform decisions.
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• 6+ years of continuous improvement projects to scale controllership.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Drive the core financial process for WW FBA including Month-end close, annual operating plans, 3-year strategic plan and long-range planning.
• Generate insights from financial data and communicate findings to leadership to drive actions.
• Build and maintain knowledge of 3rd party seller initiatives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with fee strategy and business teams to reduce cost to serve and support fee changes.
