Job summary

Varsity Spirit, a Varsity Brands Company, seeks an energetic Fashion Sales Representative for the Northwest Ohio region. This hybrid role combines home office work with in-person visits to schools and events to promote Varsity products.

You will plan territory sales, conduct fittings with coaches, and build lasting relationships while meeting goals. This position requires drive, travel readiness, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to grasp new technology and understanding of Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of cheer and dance industry.
• Willingness to learn in-depth product construction, technicalities and pricing.
