Job summary

Scarlett Chase Inc. is a performance luxury footwear brand that blends European handcrafted silhouettes with modern consumer expectations.

We are seeking an Operations Manager (Full Time) to own inventory tracking, logistics coordination, vendor engagement and customer fulfillment, reporting to the CEO. This role will work closely with the CEO to optimize SOPs, data analytics and the tech stack to drive scalable operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Interest in luxury fashion & performance/technical wear.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities with focus on inventory, logistics, data analytics and fulfillment.
• Maintain and improve the integrated technology stack (Shopify, Extensiv, Gorgias, Loop Returns, AWIN, Slack, Trello).
• Collaborate with CEO to develop and roll out SOPs and train team members and vendors.
• Oversee customer-facing integrations, returns processing and warehouse fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate vendor engagement and annual RFP/RFI processes; ensure vendor accountability and performance.
