Persona is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Associate to support a luxury apparel brand across inventory, wholesale, product data, and receiving operations. This role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail and strong process discipline while working across multiple systems where accuracy matters.

You will manage ASN creation, wholesale onboarding, Shopify/Zedonk data entry, EDI compliance, and reconciliation, coordinating with warehouse, accounts, and creative teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of e-commerce operations experience.
• Experience with inventory data, order and receiving processes.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Zedonk or comparable ERP systems.
• Experience with EDI compliance and wholesale accounts.
• Strong attention to detail across multiple systems.
• Based in Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Generate ASNs and inbound receiving documents for warehouse.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication with warehouse team.
• Create new collection catalogs and items in Shopify and Zedonk.
• Build product pages in Shopify with SKUs, barcodes, HS codes.
• Maintain barcode/SKU data across Shopify, GS1, Zedonk, and warehouse systems.
• Coordinate ordering of new barcode stickers for launches.
• Onboard new wholesale accounts with EDI setup and compliance.
• Coordinate with wholesale receiving and accounts payable on orders.
• Create and maintain email templates in Zedonk.
• Perform reconciliation and data-entry with low error rate.
