Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Family Vacation Specialist to help families research destinations, compare options, coordinate reservations, and organize travel details from planning stages through departure. You may plan cruises, theme park trips, beach getaways, and other family-focused experiences; no prior travel industry experience is required as training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

Research family-friendly destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, and activities.
Learn about each family's travel preferences, needs, ages, and budget.
Recommend vacation options based on the client's priorities.
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and activities.
Assist with reservations, payments, travel documents, and important deadlines.
Keep client and reservation information organized and accurate.
Maintain professional communication throughout the planning process.
Assist clients with questions and reservation changes when needed.
